Information on Renting at Satsuma Village
We offer a utility bundle as follows: $55 for a studio/one bedroom, $65 for a two bedroom, and $75/month for a three bedroom. This covers all of the following:
- In-home ADT Security Alarms
- Front-door valet trash pickup services
- Water/waste
- Community trash fee
- Pest control services
- Monthly utility billing fee
Electric is personal usage – so as much or as little as you use.
Renter’s Insurance is required within our community. Cable/Internet services are optional, and you can set your own package and rates with providers.
Pet fee: $195 per pet (2 pets max)
Pet rent: $20/month per pet (2 pets max)
Restricted breeds: AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, AMERICAN PIT BULL, CHOWS, DOBERMAN, PRESA CANARIOS, ROTTWEILERS, MASTIFFS, AKITAS, SHAR-PEI & WOLF HYBRIDS
- Max combined weight of pets is 125 lbs.
Application fee: $50
No move-in fee
Security deposit ranges from $300 to one month’s rent, depending on application screening.
